T. Boone Pickens sees lubricant hitting $75 close by end-year

Pickens said circular OPEC producers: "They told you they desire $75 close by the end of the year, I would count up on that, I accept them."

OPEC has scaled risk in producing to aid back up coarse prices, which be obsessed dropped from pen down highs above $147 a barrel in July to about $47 a barrel on Monday.
